Highland Lakes Plaza this is a mixed-use / multi-use currently being used for diverse retail establishments ( restaurants, specialty service stores, insurance office, etc.) It also has outlot opportunities. This Michigan plaza has over 72,000 Square Ft. of retail supporting the beautiful city of Northville. Northville is one of the wealthiest cities in the country. It’s location is on Seven Mile Rd  east of Main Street and west of Haggerty. Remodel of an existing retail center. Total project cost : 3.8 million dollars
